The Privacy Policy and Disclosure is applicable to High Ridge Services, Inc.  and its affiliate, such as High Ridge Trust, Co.  (together, “the Trust” or “HRT”).  This Disclosure outlines HRT’s Privacy Policy related to data shared by external users of the Trust’s assets such as www.highridgetrust.com and the LQE Platform.

This Disclosure defines the types of personal information we may collect through on our Services and how we may use that information.

Scope

This Policy and Disclosure applies to the Company’s Staff Members, information, and Information Resources and how user private information is to be treated.

High Ridge Trust, Co.  and its affiliate High Ridge Services, Inc.  (collectively, “High Ridge,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respect your privacy and value the trust you place in us.  This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you access our website www.highridgetrust.com (the “Website”) or the High Ridge Trust Platform (the “Platform”) (together, the “Services”).

By using our Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.  Your use of our Services is also subject to our Terms of Service.
